A Month Of Jazz Next month I will start a new Zoom series with 4 classes, one each Thursday. Each week we will focus on a favourite African American jazz musician of mine, learning about their life, heritage, connection to dancers and of course dance to their music. Harry "Sweets" Edison & Fletcher Henderson is two of the names that is on my mind from the get go. Join me in learning and connecting with rhythms, movement, music to continue our never ending journey in Jazz: The Music, The Dance, The People, The Culture and its values. Get inspired by the original jazz dancers and musicians in routines and/or improvisation from various sources (Clips, Music, Books, etc.). When: Thursdays at 7:30-9:00 GMT+2, Starting 13th of October. Where: ONLINE on ZOOM (Link will be sent to you after purchase) PS. All classes will be recorded and made available.
